An accomplished commercial lawyer and a qualified barrister, Janet has been practising for almost 25 years. She gained extensive experience as an in-house lawyer while handling all types of commercial matters across a broad range of industry sectors. Former employers include the UK blue chip firms Coca-Cola Schweppes, De La Rue, UCI, Sainsbury’s, British American Tobacco and KPMG.

Janet completed her Master of Laws in Commercial and Corporate Law from Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London. She also has a special interest in e-commerce evidenced by her Post Graduate Diploma in e-commerce from Birkbeck College, London.

 

Kate Gardner BA (Hons) Econ
Commercial Director

An economics honours graduate, Kate has extensive commercial experience at the most senior level in retail and institutional banking and international telecommunications. Blue chip companies such as Lehman Brothers Securities, Lloyds TSB Bank, Nokia and Ericsson have all had cause to appreciate her talents. Kate brings a vital range of skills to the company including business development, marketing and sales.
